The support is really good. They answer me in few minutes, and solve all my problem. Very helpful team. The app simple, clear, easy to use. I recommend to everyone.

I have not used the app yet, but I have high hopes. However, what is troubling is that on the App page it shows on the pricing guide under the free plan as 60 days storage but when activated in Shopify store it says only 7 days.

My store had an old, not so easy to use theme installed and i was having trouble incorporating this app.

I reached out to support and in less than a few hours (Keep in mind i went to sleep for about 7 hours) woke up and had this issue resolved.

Support was extremely prompt with responses and helped me get everything i needed from this app.

I recently started using the 'Uploadly' app for my online business, PortrayMe, where we provide AI-generated artistic transformations of individuals. The nature of our service requires customers to upload multiple images, and 'Uploadly' has been instrumental in facilitating this process seamlessly.

However, I encountered an issue with the display of uploaded images on the cart page which appeared cluttered, especially when customers uploaded the maximum number of images. This app by far is one that I recently discovered and like how they give options to load from multiple platforms. The customer service is great I wanted to customize the look and they didn't it for me quickly and got what I wanted. This app by far is a most have app.

The app will help me in the future to receive files from customers who want to add a personal greeting card to the flowers. The support was super nice and quickly accessible.

I did a test order where I uploaded and imaged, I searched for the image in the order section but, I can't seem to find where the file is stored.

I used this app but have a problem with counting the price for uploaded pictures. If customer upload more pictures - (bulk upload) app add only 1x price for product even if customer upload 10 pictures at once. I contacted the support but I did not get the help with that problem. App is nice and working good but need to be upgrated : pcitures x price. Hope it will be better.

This app is exactly what I needed so I can get photos for customization. The customer support is TOP NOTCH. A shoutout to Anna who puts up with my stupid questions. :) They are fast with replying and I appreciate the help they give. I had som trouble uploading files to my shop. I contacted them and the morning after they told me what was wrong. I solve the issue and now it works great again. Super fast response
