File Upload & Image ‑ Uploadly

Extremely bad customer support; left everything to the AI chatbot, which is useless and replies with the same answers. I was thinking of upgrading to the paid plan, but now I'm uninstalling it and never recommend it to anyone!!!

I really like this app. Never had any issues. Pascal was incredibly helpful in solving a tricky technical issue with our photo upload button on Shopify. The problem involved a custom code workaround with our box builder app, and Pascal worked through it thoroughly and communicated clearly throughout. Really appreciated the support - thank you!

This app works great for our business. Customers are able to easily upload their images so we can print them.

Wir setzen die App nun seit Monaten ein und für uns war Uploadly ein Segen! Wir arbeiten mit grossen Dateien und Uploadly war und ist die perfekte Lösung für uns. Gerade eben hatten wir noch ein technisches Problem, dass uns der Uploadly Support Abends nach 21 Uhr noch gelöst hat obwohl das Problem nichts mit ihrer App zu tun hatte. Weltklasse App und noch besserer Support. Macht weiter so!

Shopify customer service is extremely helpful. They get back to you in minutes. They have always understood what I was trying to do. The app works very well with Shopify and what I want with all of my products. I haven't had any issues.
