Extremely bad customer support; left everything to the AI chatbot, which is useless and replies with the same answers. I was thinking of upgrading to the paid plan, but now I'm uninstalling it and never recommend it to anyone!!!

it looks like you used the Shopify Sidekick which is the only AI Chatbot.
If something didn’t work as expected or if anything was unclear, we’re always here to help via email or Live Chat. I really like this app. Never had any issues. Pascal was incredibly helpful in solving a tricky technical issue with our photo upload button on Shopify.
