Filey ‑ Files Backup & Export

The application doesn't work at all - it starts loading the page and then after 1-2 minutes it gives an error. I've contacted Support several times and no one has ever responded.

Excellent app, easy to use and never had any problems with it. Provides functionality which is sadly missing from Shopify. If you need to download your files, this is the app I would recommend.

Had literally thousands of skus and photos. Filey made downloading them all really easy.

It works, I can upload/replace various png and jpg files, but I can't with webp, and support doesn't respond or help. They need to improve customer support.

i wish that the product photos would been grouped together instead of random assortment in the export
