Super easy to use. Allowed me to download 10 years worth of files and store offline - before we optimised the media library and removed old content.

Super fast, extremely easy to use, not sure why anyone is bothering to compete with this app and making their own. Filey downloads so quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend this app to any shopify admin.

Does not work as expected. Our site has 979 files. This app download only 972. We will not spend time attempting to figure out which ones did not download. It's only 7 files but it matters.

Fast, Clean, a "Must Have" app for your shop.

Just wanted to download my image files as a whole rather than individually (the only way shopify proper allows). Filey did it in under 2 mins. Saved me a ton of work and a massive headache.

Backed up and downloaded files very quickly.

The App loaded quickly and uploaded my files (Almost 500 products w/ pictures) very quickly, as well. I'm rebuilding my site on my own for the first time and knowing that there was a Free "in house" option to Bakcup & Export my existing files definitely alleviated a lot of stress. Thank you!!!

Really like how simple this app installs no complicated configuration. It installed and had only one prompt asking if I wanted the Pro version, and on the same screen was my download button.
If was fast and provided me every file in my content/file section in a .zip file.
Thanks for making such a simple free app, that Shopify should have provided this function, especially in their Plus accounts.
