Incredible! We updated our background color - which made it obvious which photos didn't have transparent backgrounds. So, we needed to download all of our photos to remove the backgrounds from the ones that needed it. While I believe this needs to be a feature that Shopify builds in directly (along with a bunch of other features that shouldn't require paid apps), it was refreshing to stumble across this free app that did exactly what I needed it to do. Download this app if you need your files for any reason, you won't regret it.

It was super easy to install the app and download files. I was looking for an app which helps me with downloading all files in one go.

I've been running/maintaining/designing, etc. Shopify stores for about 8 years now. This app just saved me HOURS of work from how I previously would have had to accomplish the same task of downloading my product images and store files. The previous method was convoluted. This couldn't be simpler. Thank you.

I wanted to close my store but back up my files for later use or sale. Fast and easy. Even read the privacy policy, unlike others they only collect what is already on the site and dont give it to anyone or have chinese english grammar that makes you wonder...if it will be stolen.
