Filey ‑ Files Backup & Export

This app really helps a lot! Simple and fast to download all files! I definitely recommend this app!

Seems to be good for what it is. I only wish it handled full backups.

Super easy to use. Allowed me to download 10 years worth of files and store offline - before we optimised the media library and removed old content.

It's very helpful for taking over operations, and you can visualize what files are stored in shopify content after downloading the files.

Amazing stuff... free, simple install, easy to use... should have been part of Shopify from the get-go!

I had the zip file with over 560 images from my store within minutes. Now I can batch edit and reupload without having to do it one by one. It just works. Thank you!

Does not work as expected. Our site has 979 files. This app download only 972. We will not spend time attempting to figure out which ones did not download. It's only 7 files but it matters.

This worked perfectly, however I would have enjoyed some kind of file renaming option based on the product the file was being pulled from as printify does not name their assets accordingly and I have to manually sort the images.

However, this is not the issue of Filey.

It does what it says in the tin.
I needed to download all media from my store and it did!
It works as intended.

Nice to have: I wish you could select specific files to download. However, let's not forget this is within the free plan.

Filey is reliable and excellent at downloading files in one go! I could not be happier!
