I've had a great experience using Finaloop over the past couple years. I decided to use them over more standard accounting software mainly because of the price, but it's also been much more convenient and easy to use than I expected. Being able to chat with the accountants is very helpful. I haven't had to hire a bookkeeper at all, which has been great! I also love that the whole system is tailored to e-commerce stores. They do a great job of providing extra insights and help specifically for e-commerce, so it makes it much easier to understand where your business is actually at. Oh - and the live syncing with your platforms is a game-changer! No more waiting for 10+ days for your books to close from the previous months. I'm able to get a live glance at where my business is really at, anytime. So great! Highly recommend for anyone in e-commerce looking for reliable, easy to manage accounting software.
Finaloop has been life changing. After switching over from another horrible platform, the difference has been black and white. The customer service is amazing, the books are accurate, and we never have to worry about out of date financials again! 100% worth the cost!
I've been on the app for about 2 mos now and am still learning, but
1) The initial integration was SUPER EASY (we sell on 5 channels including Amazon)
2) The support I have received is Top Notch and easily one of the top software companies I've ever interacted with.
I am coming off of QuickBooks and A2X. While A2X made QB more manageable, after being on Finaloop I can see how outdated it is and how bad it is for an eCommerce business - never mind the cost savings.

Fantastic company and partners.
Their team works extremely hard and they're truly kind when it comes to working with sellers. This company is very ethical, and when we had issues unrelated to them they were very understanding when many other software vendors wouldn't be. Their dashboard is easy and straightforward.
Also there's many integrations that you wouldn't expect. Their network effects and growing popularity shine through. This is a very healthy company and that in part makes them a good financial partner for your business.
Finaloop is more than an just an app. They are a well polished bookkeeping powerhouse. I cannot tell you how much time they have saved me. Also, there is a very clear "task list" for instances where they need information from you, however its very clear, and they guide you every step of the way. Thanks team, for real time books!
