Difficult to get in contact with the app developer and when you do they don't answer the questions correctly. Now my website lists one price (the correct one) and when people do a search through the "search" feature the pricing is completely different.

its fast easy and does the job
Great app, very clean interface and easy to set up and use. Really above and beyond the original shopify search.
so far so good! Also like the fact that the free version is non-branded. Will definitely consider moving onto a paid plan once the need arises.

Great product, we're currently on the free plan but we will definitely consider upgrading once our new website takes off.
Easy to use, my one suggestion would be to allow free users to use a couple of the paid for services, i think it would really help prove to them that its worth upgrading your plan.
