I downloaded the app and everything worked well. I just could not get the colors adjusted the way I wanted. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. They changed everything to the exact color scheme I wanted, and they handled it fast and professionally. The service is excellent, the support is quick, and the app does exactly what it should. I am very satisfied and will definitely keep using this app. Great app!

I faced some problems on another filter, so I found Findter as an alternative solution. The setup was very easy, especially when it came to filtering, and the customer support has been excellent. They got back to me within a day, and their follow-up responses came in as little as 30 minutes. Since I use several apps in my store, I really appreciated that their team was willing to look into possible compatibility issues with my theme. I’ve been loving the features so far.

Jenna helped me figure how to turn on the collection search for my store. Tried for almost 4 hours with other apps before finding this one. This app is fantastic, so much customisation and features over default filtering options which is great for our industry and the kinds of products we sell.

Amazing free possibilities within the app, supported by a friendly team to help you out with all inquiries. Almost all of the filter options Shopify is missing can be created through Findter. Even options you'd didn't know you were missing.

I needed support for a slight issue I was having and the live chat agent I spoke with was very helpful and polite. Being that they're on the opposite side of the world, she assured me that the engineering team would address it as soon as they got in, and by the time I got back to work in the morning, the issue was resolved.
