Firepush ‑ SMS & Web Push

Okay, for the people that are in doubt because of the price of this app. Just want to let you know. We've been using your app for 2 days now, maybe to early to tell, but we just love the performance! Till now, worth every penny. The design of the app is just very simple and it also includes push notifications, what is in my opinion a great way to reach customers too.

The app works ok, the admin area is glitchy is always says there is an error and to email support. Pricing was $23 on our account and now they are changing the price to $136 a month, what a huge scam. Get customers at a lower price then jump it 7X... I don't know if we will keep using it now that it's that costly.

FirePush has been absolutely amazing, they answer every question I have and make it so clear and simple. Amazing!

Super helpful, attentive with customers, and seeking genuine business growth. Just learned about the plan upgrades, and they are so helpful. It motivated me to consider the Pro plan in the near future. Happy to use this app!

So easy to use and when i had a problem installing the customer service was right there. I didnt have to wait 24 hrs to get back to me, he was responding with in a few minutes.

the best thing about the service is it combines - sms with email and webpush - i currently have 3 apps installed to do those

Really easy to use! You get to market everything your store has with this app. Spend less time trying to figure out marketing ways and more marketing.

So far we've used Firepush to build up Push Notification and SMS audiences, while also focusing on promotional campaigns for both. The results (with our KPI being our conversion rate) have been wonderful, especially in the SMS category. More recently we have started experimenting with the Abandoned Cart options, and are refining our approach. The app is fairly intuitive, and the customer support is wonderful. Like anything else, it just takes a little time to fine-tune, but overall, very happy with my experience, and looking forward to using the tools more.

Great app. support team is amazing. Will continue to use it. Still learning. They always go the extra mile to help you. Best is getting everything in video clips so its easy to learn.

First of all the customer service is on a new level! if you ask a question, they respond in less than a minute; but the cool part is that they record their screen with their faces in it and show you step by step what you need to do! they send you a very useful link to see what to do and what not!

installed today, setup is not hard and support is very good (fast+smart) so far app looks great with fair pricing. Their support is great and makes it worth it!

Great and fast service. Whenever I had a question the help center was quick to answer. Also, the app is everything it says to be.

It describes the app as being able to email customers who abandon their carts, and then email isn't even out yet! Mediocre, misleading app!

The app is solid, very nice features. Customer chat function is fantastic and Tom has been more than accommodating to make sure everything is legit. Highly recommend!
Edit: Support records any simple changes (if you're not too familiar with Shopify's admin) they make to your store and send it to you over the chat. So that if you need to go back and look over what they did while they have access to your store and to revert back from any changes, you have a record of it. A very nice touch of professionalism and transparency!
