App works flawlessly, is easy to set up and the support from the team is much more than what I could ask for. Very fast replies from the staff members and they are really trying to help you with any questions or issues that you might be experiencing. Highly recommended from me.

Okay, for the people that are in doubt because of the price of this app. Just want to let you know. We've been using your app for 2 days now, maybe to early to tell, but we just love the performance! Till now, worth every penny. The design of the app is just very simple and it also includes push notifications, what is in my opinion a great way to reach customers too.

The app works ok, the admin area is glitchy is always says there is an error and to email support. Pricing was $23 on our account and now they are changing the price to $136 a month, what a huge scam. Get customers at a lower price then jump it 7X... I don't know if we will keep using it now that it's that costly.

FirePush has been absolutely amazing, they answer every question I have and make it so clear and simple. Amazing!

This company ILLEGALLY stole $70 from my bank account without any permission. I am filling a criminal complain against this company, and presenting it to Shopify. I want my money back and I want Shopify to take action against this, because they are scamming people. DO NOT INSTALL THIS!

So far we've used Firepush to build up Push Notification and SMS audiences, while also focusing on promotional campaigns for both. The results (with our KPI being our conversion rate) have been wonderful, especially in the SMS category. More recently we have started experimenting with the Abandoned Cart options, and are refining our approach. The app is fairly intuitive, and the customer support is wonderful. Like anything else, it just takes a little time to fine-tune, but overall, very happy with my experience, and looking forward to using the tools more.

Great app. support team is amazing. Will continue to use it. Still learning. They always go the extra mile to help you. Best is getting everything in video clips so its easy to learn.

First of all the customer service is on a new level! if you ask a question, they respond in less than a minute; but the cool part is that they record their screen with their faces in it and show you step by step what you need to do! they send you a very useful link to see what to do and what not!

Great and fast service. Whenever I had a question the help center was quick to answer. Also, the app is everything it says to be.

It describes the app as being able to email customers who abandon their carts, and then email isn't even out yet! Mediocre, misleading app!
