New user but so far customer service has been prompt (even though all my issues were user error) will change rating if i feel the need to

super app to boost sales. I recommend especially for abandoned baskets
Good to start n testing effectiveness..
installed today, setup is not hard and support is very good (fast+smart) so far app looks great with fair pricing. Their support is great and makes it worth it!
Excellent , it does what it says without any trouble.
it would be a 5 if they gave access to embed subscribe widget to all plans.

Excellent tool -- only thing I don't like is that they force you to send a welcome notification. I used to use PushCrew.com when I used WooCommerce/WordPress, and they did not force you to do that.
Just installed the app, so far so good. Hoping for more good experiences. Cheers.
