Easysize do not operate in good faith. Disappointed with how EasySize handles billing. We escalated beyond support and still got nowhere. For a tool aimed at Shopify businesses, the customer care around renewals is a real red flag. Would not recommend based on our experience. Save yourself and don’t touch this app. I've now seen other reviews relating to the same thing. Wish I saw this beforehand. Stay away from the app
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team has been in direct communication with you to address these concerns. We also contacted you before the annual plan renewed but did not receive a response.
The plan renewed under the agreed terms, and the app remained active for several months before you requested a refund. During this time, we also provided additional services at no charge to support the account. We couldn't approve a full refund for the extended usage because of the timing and the agreed billing terms. All charges followed the billing agreement accepted for the account.
We understand this wasn't the resolution you wanted. If you would like to discuss the account history further, our support team remains available.
Amazing customer service. Julia is above and beyond. This is what is needed to keep apps alive. We can basically create most with AI now, but if the app is cheap and customisable, even with own vibe coding making it difficult, then I stay. And I stay. Most apps I delete now. Some are complicated and must wait, but this app is awesome for our complicated set up. Good job.
Really recommend both the app & the developer / support team behind it- we've used this for a number of years and we've been really impressed with how well the app works for us and how user friendly it is.
Customer service has been exceptional — Julia and the team are quick to respond and always proactive with suggestions. The app integrates cleanly into our custom Shopify theme without interfering with the design or performance. We've seen a genuine uptick in conversion since installing Fit Quiz and have just upgraded to the Premium plan. Highly recommend for any fashion brand looking to reduce size-related returns and improve the buying experience.
No support on weekend, expensive, not easy option for languages, much work to do.

When you reached out over the weekend, our team replied within half an hour in live chat and followed up by email, though that email bounced back and we didn't hear from you. Our records show the app was used for about 20 minutes, which is normally enough time for shops to configure and launch it, so clearly something went wrong here and we'd like the chance to help fix that.
To clarify the other points in your review, you were on a free trial and were never charged. If you did see any charges on your account, we'd welcome the opportunity to review them and resolve the matter right away.
On languages, Fit Quiz supports 20 languages, all of which can be accessed and configured directly in the app under Design → Translations, so no separate setup is required.

Finnaly a unique solution for clothing stores that doesnt bother the client with weight issues. Also you have body image figures that help the client to recognize herself with her body type. Very intuitive and fast to recommend a size. I did a lot of tests and works well. The support is great and helps you a lot!
Hij gaat alleen maar uit van de maat die je normaal draagt, als ik bij wijze van spreke 4XL invul en zeg dat ik 150cm ben geeft die alsnog aan dat mijn maat 3XL is... klopt niet en te duur voor wat je krijgt. ook de uitlijning van de tekst op je productpagina is niet handig en goed in te stellen...
We’re sorry Fit Quiz did not work as expected during your test. We reviewed the store setup and found that the products were marked as standard true to size with minimal sensitivity, without a custom sizing model. Fit Quiz uses several factors when making a recommendation, including the sizing model, sensitivity settings, product details, and the shopper’s usual size. Height also has less influence on a recommendation for a t-shirt than it would for an item such as pants.
Fit Quiz includes controls for the text, colors, fonts, icons, spacing, mobile styling, and button placement. The app was uninstalled approximately 15 minutes after setup, before our team had an opportunity to help adjust the recommendation settings or product-page placement.
We would be happy to work through the setup directly if you decide to test Fit Quiz again.
I’ve been using Fit Quiz for over a year now, and it has helped tremendously the way we handle sizing and fit for our customers.
Recently, I encountered a minor issue where a button led to a "404 page not found" error, but it was quickly resolved. It’s a good feeling to know that behind a great product there's a support team that’s equally efficient.
