Returns have been more than 50% lower for our shoppers who use the app. Very happy with the results.
I'm glad we found this app. The price is worth the value a some of our customers won't make the purchase unless they know for sure it will fit perfectly.
The app works as advertised…we are seeing conversion rates 140% higher for shoppers who use the app and return rates almost 80% lower.
Fitnonce has been working well for us. We have a lot of international shoppers and they don’t like taking the risk of having to return a product because it’s costly and a slow process. We have seen significantly higher conversion rates for shoppers who use the app.
