I'm glad we found this app. The price is worth the value a some of our customers won't make the purchase unless they know for sure it will fit perfectly.
We have already started seeing significantly lower returns from customers who use the app.
Fitnonce has been working well for us. We have a lot of international shoppers and they don’t like taking the risk of having to return a product because it’s costly and a slow process. We have seen significantly higher conversion rates for shoppers who use the app.
Our customers appreciate having another option besides a basic size chart to determine their correct size.
We like the fact that the size recommendations are personalized and specific to each of our products.
