Flair Product Badges + CRO

We have tested many Shopify apps over the years and Flair has genuinely been one of the best support experiences we have had.

The app itself is clean, flexible and works very well, but what really stands out is the level of support and willingness to help. Tom went far beyond what would normally be expected, taking time to understand our theme limitations, setting changes up safely in a development environment and helping us achieve exactly the result we were looking for without unnecessary complications.

Nothing felt generic or rushed. Every reply was thoughtful, technically knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

It is rare to find this level of customer care and technical understanding together.

Great customer support

This app is great! I love that it has the ability to add translations & support provides very quick replies!

On day one of using the app, we’re already having an excellent experience. Tom was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and quickly implemented all of our requested changes. The level of customer service has been outstanding. Although we were initially quoted a 24-hour response time, we received a reply within the hour, and all updates were completed within just two hours. Truly impressive support right from the start!

Great app across the whole site. We use it in cart for some special offers, on product collections to notify of fast moving products, and on product pages to definte offers.

We've been using this app for a long time. Works great. I recently changed themes but the app wasn't working properly on the new theme. They promptly responded and fixed.

Everything is customizable and easy to navigate. If I have needed help with anything the team has been really quick to fix it.

Flair is easy to use app and perfect solutions for the product highlighting on a website. I'm writing this review because, I really impressed about their support team, we had a problem on one of our badges and they solved the issue really quick, with an improvement on our theme. I've never seen that helpfully Customer support.
