Helpful app and superb support, offering regular insights and custom solutions to make sure the app runs well on our website.
There are some bits I'd like to see on our backend (e.g. better sales data and insights) and things I would love to see as functionalities at some point (e.g. blocking further discount code usage when someone's already used the Order For Later functionality) but for a new app, I'm very impressed!
Excellent app which is hugely helpful for scaling and sustainable brands.
Most importantly the customer service is incredible, so easy to get hold of the team!

I have used the app for just over a week and can already see the positive impact Flare has brought to the business. The team are at hand to help and assist in any questions! Thoroughly advise all brand owners to download the app and watch the results flood in!
This is one of the main reasons we have managed to scale Neem. Enables cash flow before stock is in and covert and controlled discounting that makes the customer feel good. All brands need Flare and I fail to see why pre/advanced is not a good idea for all....Happy to have a chat with anyone that wants to learn more Nick at Neem
Very interesting concept & an app that's actually been delivering value. We've been using Flare for a few years now since the inception of our brand and Flare's earliest days, and we must say, it's really done wonders. Naturally, as a business owner you're always a bit skeptical of a new product that promises to deliver return while also making impact/doing good. We were first personally very drawn to their bigger philosophy of helping reduce waste in the supply chain + slowing down consumption cycles and supporting a new wave of more thoughtful consumers. That said, for us, as a small business these goals have to align, too, with the buildout of our business, and so discovering that Flare really does help capture more customers that we would have otherwise lost helped make the decision for us to keep investing in Flare.
We're excited to see the impacts on our business as we grow! Especially on the supply & inventory management side of things. But for now, we can truly say it has delivered clear results in terms of conversions/customer acquisition. Thanks, Flare!
