Stick with Google paid ads as its cheaper and better results with Google and Facebooks ads.
Month to month plan was great but then they changed it to percent of sales once this happened we started getting fraudulent orders and cancelled orders which they charged us for. When they got caught they refunded us some of the money and blackmailed us to change this feedback so no one else new about it to review they wrote.
After they refunded us so we wouldn't take legal action week later they did a chargeback so they committed fraud with the bank.
These guys can not be trusted
Appreciate you for continuing to be a flareAI Shopify client since 24-Sep-2023. There are some misunderstandings in the review that we would like to clear:
A. Performance based incentive pricing instead of fixed subscription:
We wanted to support Shopify merchants to avoid paying a fixed subscription. Instead now merchants pay a small percentage of order total only for sales generated by flareAI from Google Search. Without ads or Amazon charges.
B. The flareAI performance incentive is based on the sales made. We can't control returns, refunds, or cancellations after the sale. It's like Facebook Ads—if an ad leads to a sale and the merchant cancels the order, you can't ask Facebook for a refund.
C. I carefully reviewed the billing charges for you and you are never being charged when you store is temporarily frozen. There are a few charges but they were for the previous week when the store was active. This process is managed by Shopify.
