The app just hang and I had to wait for an hour. It simply does not work for me. Hope I can find a better one.

I started to work for Flash Search team for a few months and I feel it's not fair to the whole team's effort to read this review of yours, so I decided to reply so that other customers can read it and they can better understand about it.
First of all, I want to say apologize for the bad experience while using the app. It has been a long time since when you leave this feedback to us. We didn't reply to anything because you closed the store right after leaving this review. Also, I see you uninstalled the app after installing it only "3 MINUTES", but you say the app hang and you have to wait for "1 HOUR", this is ridiculous. Also, we have the live chat support system and we work in the same time zone as you, I wish you contacted us when you had the issues before.
I really hope you can read this and if you ever reopen the store in the future, hope you will try our app one more time and give us the opportunity to assist you. I hope then you will get more satisfied with us <3
