If you are a small business, DO NOT USE FLASHBOX! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Flashbox has messed up about 5 orders of mine and I just started with them in middle of January. They lose and misplace your orders, have orders sent late or cancel them altogether and do not communicate with you. I have some of my best costumers angry about not receiving their orders the same day like they paid for. When I call to look into the issue, they look up the order, say they are going to call back and NEVER CALL BACK! I have had 3 costumers have an order arrive a week later! How does this happen as a same day delIvery business! I even had one costumer support employee blame my costumer, saying they changed the date they wanted the delivery, when all my costumers are same day delivery costumers so I knew that wasn't true as I built a great relationship with this costumer in particular. They're destroying the great costumer service my business is known for single-handly and I can't afford that as a small business owner. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT USE FLASHBOX!
