If you are a small business, DO NOT USE FLASHBOX! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Flashbox has messed up about 5 orders of mine and I just started with them in middle of January. They lose and misplace your orders, have orders sent late or cancel them altogether and do not communicate with you. Just used this to RECEIVE an item from a merchant, and it absolutely delivered on its next day promise. Going to be using them for my local deliveries.
