Great App for shipping internationally! Customers are made aware of the import duties they will owe at checkout so no more suprises when they receive our product. The international rates are some of the best we have found and the customer support we received has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had been struggling with the complexity of international orders for some time - it was a real problem given that @50% of the business was from outside the US. FlavorCloud was a great solution for us - we were live in 24 hrs and were able to ship orders straight away.

The customer experience is very good and creates consumer confidence in the checkout and reduces post shipment Customer Service. The operator interface is intuitive allowing for ease of shipping and the creation of tailored programs & promotions. The economics look good and we are more profitable given the increased conversion, lack of CS and reduced shipping rates (all of which more than offsets the fees, which are on an order basis so no fixed costs). Great app and great team who support us - highly recommended.

So far I have had a very positive experience with FlavorCloud. I love their chat that makes it so easy to communicate. I have been speaking with Mollie and she has been very helpful every step of the way. It is hardly possible to ship internationally without a service such as this for a small business, especially now that it is more or less required to prepay for taxes and duties. This makes it easy to do your own shipping or if using a smaller fulfillment center that does not have their own discount rates set up with DHL or FedEx (this requires large amounts of packages). Setting up VAT is also INCREDIBLY time consuming and VERY difficult. We just got started with FlavorCloud, and have not yet had any packages get lost or delayed in transit, and I hope when those issues arise, that it will be a smooth process.

This app is amazing. It gives us great rates on FedEx Express for shipments to Canada and globally. We've definitely seen our volume of international shipment increase as a result.

Most importantly, this app allows us to collect and pay duty upfront, giving transparency to the customer and preventing delays in customs. The app autogenerates customs forms for each shipment so we simply have to print and ship.

And whenever we've had any questions on international shipments, the support team is very responsive and helped resolve things in a short time frame allowing us to respond to our customers in a very timely way. This is very important for our customer service team.

Definitely give this app a try! There's a small learning curve to get things set up but once you are using it on the regular you'll be stoked.

Flavorcloud has completely transformed our international shipping business. We use a 3PL and previously were unable to have tracking and duty information relay directly to the customer upon checkout and shipment.
With this app those issues are no more. Now our customer can see a shipping service rate with the rate for shipping and duties clearly shown at checkout, AND they're getting better express shipping options. Additionally, it's really easy for our 3PL to print out the paperwork needed to ship out the packages, saving us all time and fees.
The back end is transparent and data is easily exportable.
Lastly, the customer service is top notch. Rathna and her team have been available 24/7 for any issues that have come up and have quickly addressed them with prompt communication.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Flavorcloud. Rathna responded to our inquiry within moments, and we were fully functional by EOD. Within one week with Flavorcloud, our international sales were up 1300%, and we couldn't have done it without them! FlavorCloud has allowed our small business to be able to serve customers all over the world. Without it and it's streamlined process, I don't think that we would be doing international sales at all. FlavorCloud integrates easily with our shopify site and has accurately calculated the shipping/duties/fees for us for multiple countries. The set up was easy, I was able to get on a quick phone call with them for it. They walked me through setting up HSN codes, destination countries, and all the shipping settings. They even took me through a practice order to show me how to do all the shipping. All of this was easy and took about 30 minutes. And customers LOVE that they can pay the duties upfront. We have had multiple customers tell us how nice it is they don't have to worry about things getting stuck in customs. So in summary, FlavorCloud does a great job and is easy to use, and the customer service is off the charts. Special thanks to Balthasar, he's the best. 10/10, I would highly recommend.

Truly a lifesaver. They were prompt in responding to all my questions including an online video guided set up. Really cant say enough great things again this app!!!!

CANADIANS BEWARE. AVOID THIS APP. This app is just not set up for success if you're a Canadian shop. I signed up with the promise of hassle free shipping and faster shipping times. When my international orders came in, the issues started. Not only did the app constantly miss uploading orders (causing me to contact flavorcloud for assistance) but I wasn't even able to ship them. I had orders sitting for over a week while they were "working on it" and the only time I was able to get information was if I was the one who reached out first (which was every time). The idea was that they would send me a consolidated label, so I would ship all of the international order together to Asendia in the US and from there they would go onto their destinations. All of this was to take a maximum of 10 business days. Well, it took a week for them to get me the label, almost 2 weeks for Asendia to receive, and another week for them to ship them out and not a single one (another week later) has made it to their destination countries. The app also has so many bugs and glitches, it's a horrible interface. Absolutely awful service, I DO NOT recommend unless you want empty promises and angry customers. I could honestly go on and on about all of the issues I had with this company.
