This feature, cross boarder shopping experience reduces friction for most international customers and has been super helpful with expanding our brand and sales globally. However, the backend support to troubleshoot lingering issues within the app have disappointed me tremendously. I've asked for help on several occasions and have not received any assistance to address my immediate issues.
