FlavorCloud is absolutely amazing. We've been waiting for a service like this--and can't speak more highly of them. A+++
Saves $'s and time. Easy to communicate with and problems are solved quickly. Having the duties and taxes prepaid solves a lot of customer complaints when shipping to other countries.
The app has helped us expand our international presence and simplified the process of shipping to other countries. There are multiple shipping options for our customers to choose from. It is simple to use and learn.
FlavorCloud has been super helpful for us to get our international orders out the door easily. They allow the customer to include duties and taxes up front so that they aren't surprised with an extra charge before they can get their product. The team is great at communicating and are quick to respond to any issues. We really enjoy working with them!
The decision to use FlavorCloud has simplified our checkout process for international customers. The integration is seamless and their customer support is very responsive. Having FlavorCloud to calculate shipping costs and generate customs forms is a no-brainer.
This feature, cross boarder shopping experience reduces friction for most international customers and has been super helpful with expanding our brand and sales globally. However, the backend support to troubleshoot lingering issues within the app have disappointed me tremendously. I've asked for help on several occasions and have not received any assistance to address my immediate issues.

Flavorcloud has been a great solution for our company to offer DDP shipping. The checkout experience is seamless for customers, and it is easy to expand our shipping options to additional countries. We did have a couple of technical challenges with printing out of the gate, but the FC team is incredibly responsive and works quickly to solve any issues and answer any customer-related questions. In the few months we have been using the app, they have also made some tracking updates that have greatly improved the customer experience. Very happy!
Be careful if you are shipping from the UK FedEx lost a parcel and we have no way of getting compensated for the loss which currently stands at around £400.
We have chased this with FlavorCloud and they have said they can't help us.
You have to be aware that when processing parcels in the UK with FedEx it is not a smooth process and involves requesting another label with a different tracking number from FlavorCloud that then sends the parcel to the FedEx hub in the UK. The parcel is then processed for overseas shipping from this Hub.
Our parcel clearly states it was delivered at Fedex's Hub with a signature of the Fedex employee that received it. FlavorCloud have done nothing to resolve this which doesn't make us confident using their service going forward.
We apologize for the inconvenience and loss of shipment you have experienced with FedEx and FlavorCloud. We want to assure you that we take this matter seriously. As you are likely aware, FlavorCloud has refunded the shipping and landed cost for your lost parcel.
Regarding the lost shipment, FlavorCloud acts as a middleman to provide access to our world’s largest carrier network. However, it's important to note that carriers do still lose parcels on some occasions. We always recommend business, route, or FlavorCloud insurance to protect yourself against carrier losses.

We couldn’t be happier with Flavor Cloud. They make international shipping a breeze (words I never thought I would say). They eliminate the stress of having to deal with customs speed bumps, their rates are reasonable, shipments are all easily tracked, and the up-front payment of duties and taxes mean our customers get their product that much faster and don’t receive any expensive surprise fee’s upon delivery. The few problems we’ve had have been short lived as the Flavor Cloud team is very quick to respond to emails and help resolve the issue. Excellent customer service! The user interface of the app becomes intuitive after a short learning curve and you can tell they’re working hard to refine the experience. All in all, a top-notch international shipping service!
We are a young, home-based, mother & daughter web business and began using Flavorcloud because we wanted a simple, all-inclusive way to ship internationally. Balthasar and the team have been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
Our international shipping has done very well, with many orders to Canada, Great Britain, Australia, South Africa, and most recently, Sweden. Our customers seem pleased and we are very happy we chose to take the headache out of international shipping - by letting Flavorcloud do the heavy lifting.
