Great App for shipping internationally! Customers are made aware of the import duties they will owe at checkout so no more suprises when they receive our product. The international rates are some of the best we have found and the customer support we received has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend!
FlavorCloud App was precisely what we needed: having the shipping fee, duties, & taxes calculated upfront made international shipping easy & seamless. Our customers are happy that their packages are delivered door to door, not having to worry about their packages being held in customs. The flavorCloud team has also been helpful in setting up the app; they provided us with great customer support. Highly recommended!
GREAT customer service. App provides clear and helpful information to our customers explaining the combining of shipping costs + duties and taxes. I have recommended this app to other Shopify users.
Only issue: Unfortunately, it will not let you use the platform to make shipments other than the orders pulled from your store. Sometimes we combine orders for bulk shipments and have to use a different carrier for that :/
Love this app! We have been looking and searching for a long time to find a partner and app to assist us with international shipping in ways that avoid customers receiving surprise duty payments and also less expensive shipping options. Would definitely recommend to any shopify store owner looking to expand beyond the US.
I've researched different shipping rates, and FlavorCloud provided the cheapest rate by quite a lot of difference (for my case, it was $100 cheaper for the large package), and FlavorCloud takes care of all customs paper and the duty fee upfront, so it smooths the process of package acceptance at customs and ensures customer receives products on time. Besides all the pluses listed above, the #1 reason to go with FavorCloud is their top notch level of customer service. I was having an issue with creating an international shipping label via Shopify, and with Shopify customer support via chat and email, the problem wasn't being resolved after working on it over 3 days. I emailed FlavorCloud with a request for an urgent call, and Jeff gave me a call in an hour, and he listened to my issues, and we had a call setup with Jeff and Sharad in 2 hours, and they walked me through the entire process of setup and to create the shipping label I was having trouble with. They spent the entire hour with me until the issue was resolved and until I felt comfortable using the app. There are many companies out there, but it's hard to find companies that really care and provide help when needed. I'm glad we found FlavorCloud. Now we can process international shipping at ease, and our customers get to enjoy the low shipping rate.

Be careful if you are shipping from the UK FedEx lost a parcel and we have no way of getting compensated for the loss which currently stands at around £400.
We have chased this with FlavorCloud and they have said they can't help us.
You have to be aware that when processing parcels in the UK with FedEx it is not a smooth process and involves requesting another label with a different tracking number from FlavorCloud that then sends the parcel to the FedEx hub in the UK. The parcel is then processed for overseas shipping from this Hub.
Our parcel clearly states it was delivered at Fedex's Hub with a signature of the Fedex employee that received it. FlavorCloud have done nothing to resolve this which doesn't make us confident using their service going forward.

Regarding the lost shipment, FlavorCloud acts as a middleman to provide access to our world’s largest carrier network. However, it's important to note that carriers do still lose parcels on some occasions. We always recommend business, route, or FlavorCloud insurance to protect yourself against carrier losses.

This app is insane! I can't believe that I have been able to set up international shipping in my store within 2 weeks after opening. The team was very professional and actually helped with a live setup in my store. My store is currently sold out, but I will give an update when I start fulfilling international orders. If you are looking for international shipping, look no further.
This feature, cross boarder shopping experience reduces friction for most international customers and has been super helpful with expanding our brand and sales globally. However, the backend support to troubleshoot lingering issues within the app have disappointed me tremendously. I've asked for help on several occasions and have not received any assistance to address my immediate issues.
