Great app but even better is the customer service and support offered by the Flits team. They have massively helped us customize our customer accounts

When we moved to Shopify we wanted to restore the customer account pages to match closely to what we offered on our previous platform. The main things we desired were a re-order function and being able to track the shipments. Flits worked closely with us to tailor their app to our needs while minimizing the overall footprint of the app on our site. While out of the box we needed to make some changes, they were fantastic in their willingness to help us get to where we needed to be.

The team took care of us quickly and was able to respond to each of our requests even when it was personal to our business.

there is inconvenient problem, when you connect during the purchase, it does not put you back on the purchase product but on the connection dashboard. This forces the user to have to redo his product search, so you can lose the sale.

FLITS team take care of it and are working on it for us.

I think this product has a bright future ahead of it and will get better with time. We are happy customer :)

The team at Flitz were excellent in helping me to add a downloadable invoice and tracking button in the my account section of my website. The communication was great from the off set and have done a superb job. I highly recommend there my account user dashboard. 10/10
