The app is well thought out and can be expanded easy enough via handy add-ons to suit your needs.
We had a minor issue and support were very responsive and helpful. There are great FAQs covering most things you'll want to know about to get up and running or dig into more advanced features.
Well worth the money, as at its core, this app massively increases the UX on any Shopify site, for example, the standard Shopify customer account area is very basic.

It is an amazing and powerful app that has amazing functionalities included. The support team is very quick, professional and will help you to custom and fit perfectly your website. If you are building a brand and want to improve a maximum your customer experience, I highly recommend you this app!
First of all, I was bit skeptical on whether I should download this app or not. But to be honest and fair they have an amazing customer service they never failed to help me and went up and beyond to do so. They deserve 5- Star rating

Flits Tech team always ready for challenging tasks. we would like to add value to merchant business always. It was a small conflict in the theme code which we resolved quickly, yes It's not related to Flits. Hope you will get more sale in upcoming chrismats & new year.
