Flits:Loyalty & Wishlist

The folks at FLITS are terrific to work with, and they've really helped us make our customers' experience more robust and easeful. The app integrates well with our theme, and with FLITS' tech support we were able to limit which customers can see which tabs in their account page (great for our subscription members). Overall, we've had a really good experience with FLITS.

Very good App and very good Support! Easy to install and easy to understand. I like the "view History order" very much as it shows much more then the standard themes. Also the handling of new or existing delivery-addresses for our customers, change password options and so on are very cool. As you have a new and own language section in your shopify language-editor it's very easy to handle for everyone in every country. It's also very easy to change the APP to your personal colors (like Buttons, Backgrounds add so on). - Code get's easy installed. We had two little problems after installing the APP. But i think this was because we are not using a standard shopify theme for our shop. So we asked the support (you can directly contact him over the APP) for helping us solving the problems. We get in touch within some hours, they logged in to our shop (for sure after we granted access :-)) and fixed the code. Now it works. Cool Job! Special thanks to Vaibhav from flits!!! Best, Stefan

We use the advanced account profile, store credit app and referral for our store. It works great and integrates with Klaviyo to automate a lot of the notifications and bring customers back for repeat orders. The team is very supportive and have helped us multiple times to make customisations to improve the user experience based on our business needs. Great product and great team!

Flits is a great app for shopify users wishing to connect further wth their customers. the flits team where extremely helpful and rapid in their response time.

We have been using Flits for a little while now and they have been very helpful since we installed it. Any time we reach out with a concern, they take care of it very quickly. For our wishlist, they even added a save for later function from our cart which is great (not sure if this is a regular feature now). Overall I would definitely recommend working with them!
