Flits: Customer Account

I needed support with the customer invoice functionality which was resolved quickly. Happy with the Flits support.

This app has transformed our customer account page into a much more functional and customer friendly layout. It is easy to use and install and has a great FAQ page for assistance. I also had a specific request for the profile page which the developer accommodated quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend giving this app a try.

It's easy to handle. And SUPER nice support service. All they are very friendly and helpful. Lucky to have them. I WOULD RATE THEM 6 STARS if I can!

There are few words one can use to describe the customer service they receive from Flits. I could not have asked more of Ankit, Manmeet, and Vaibhav. No issues with communication. Iterations of some custom work were turned around lighting fast. Thank you and my customers thank you.

Wow I was stuck with how to insta the store credits and not only did they reply and fixed my problem so quickly, he also matched the colour to suit my checkout!! 1000/10 recommend!

The app is pretty great, but the support team is fantastic! Patel especially. I had some problems with some translations and some buttons not working and the guy was there to help me all the way.

Customer support was great. Fixed my issue within 3days. so far for the customer account page, Flits is the best option to go for. The UI is intuitive and customizable. would recommend using it.

We currently have multiple Shopify store environments running to support our software development lifecycle (Lab, Dev, QA, etc.). Therefore, we need the Flits app components to be incorporated and consistent across all instances. The vendor has been great about stepping in to make adjustments for us as we've built out and made updates to all of these environments. We're using this app to beef up the customer account area - we have clients who order a lot with us and it was important that they be able to view all of their orders in one place. Customer service has been great helping me get things sorted, James in particular.
