Flits:Loyalty & Wishlist

Firstly JAMES is the bees knees when it comes to support.  He is super fast and reliable time and time again.  

The Flits support team are on it when you need help and are super quick with responses.  We have updated our theme a couple of times since installing the app and they reinstalled the app with customised styling for us every time without delay.  

Every question or custom query we had they instantly provided a solution to.  

We HIGHLY recommend this app for an alternative to a boring account page!

Great app over Shopify's basic looking customer account page. Definitely adds a more professional looks and feel to our site (with minor coding tweaks I made to meet our needs).

Lots of useful add-ons if you require them. AMAZING and FAST customer service. I asked them if they could code me a Newsletter check box and they ended up coding a whole new tab just for this within an hour.

(at the time of writing this... I've been emailing and chatting in real time with support for about 2+ hours. Awesome and friendly service)

I am so impressed by the customer service. I used to be veeery impressed by Shopify team (still am) but Flits team really reach another level of service. This app is what we are looking for. Good customer account page and many more features. Prompt support addressed our issues quickly. Definitely recommended!

This app is great, and one of the few to do what we needed, which is to enhance the customer account page to make it easier for customers to browse previous orders. We offer digital products which customers can re-download at any time. Flits has helped lay out orders in a way that makes it easier for customers to find the products they wish to re-download. We are also making use of some of the additional features - the store credit feature is particularly good.

The support they have provided has been excellent. Quick response time and all issues resolved.

The Flits support team have been incredibly accommodating and have helped us customise our customer accounts page to fit our needs. All queries are responded to quickly and implemented easily.
