Shopify and almost all themes lack a decent customer account page. There is no app quicker and easier than this incredible and affordable solution. Literally 30 minutes after installing and using the app, I found myself needing a slight customization for my tracking situation and within the next hour after contacting support had myself a lovely IM conversation with the Flits co-founder who helped me get the exact pixel perfect design and functionality I had on a previous theme. After working with this agent for a solid hour back-and-forth with clear and concise context, we were able to achieve exactly what I had in my mind. But here is the funny thing-- there is always a point where it gets so good that anything after that point starts degrading and breaking stuff, so a nice little tip to anyone reading this; Make periodic theme backups especially when you even feel slightly satisfied. This ended up saving us quite a bit of bickering and that is how we ended up with a near perfect (nothing's perfect) result in just a little over an hour.

I tried building an account page through various freelance contracts and ended up spending way too much money, time and effort (but I did learn a lot!). Something that this developer does best is pay crucial attention to customer needs and attention to detail. Support with this dev is something some people like me might end up spending unnecessary $$$ for. If you are online during their work hours, you can get some serious customization done with their enterprise plan which is also rich in handy features and exponential benefit, they offer 8 hours of 100% free support and customization, they even recommended a few of their gurus for non-Flits-related tasks.

I have been slowly rolling out changes on a budget - probably like many with the corvid-19 stuff, and wanted a little better, but cost effective, customer back end. This has really been a nice addition and the developer has really worked hard to help me integrate and then modify the source so that it flows nicely with my site. They have been super responsive and very flexible in rolling out visual changes that really helped with the usability and functionality of my store. I just can't give enough stars for how they have helped me out!!!!

While I am still rolling out my design and layout elements, and working still to decide additional functionality apps - This one is a definite Keeper!

Update:
I changed themes in June at juststuffisell.com and ended up doing away with the flits app. I have since been hard coding changes to create an account layout that suites my backend needs.

All that said, the Flits team is phenomenal and responsive. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future if the need arose. Highly recommend them and this app.

Some of the best support I have ever received! I love this app as it makes it easy for the customer to take control of their account but then I asked for a bespoke feature and they delivered it promptly. Definitely recommend this app to any business who wants more from the default customer account page, integration is simple and dashboard easy to manage.

I've used this app for a while now and I absolutely love it. I just had an issue when I changed themes, but Alex from support fixed it fast! Thanks again.

Flits has a great customer service team and has not hesitated to help us customize our app to meet our needs as a small business! The product is on the newer side, but that's good, because they're very keen to listen and enhance the app for everyone using it! Give it a shot, you won't regret it!
