There are few words one can use to describe the customer service they receive from Flits. I could not have asked more of Ankit, Manmeet, and Vaibhav. No issues with communication. Iterations of some custom work were turned around lighting fast. Thank you and my customers thank you.

Wow I was stuck with how to insta the store credits and not only did they reply and fixed my problem so quickly, he also matched the colour to suit my checkout!! 1000/10 recommend!

The app is pretty great, but the support team is fantastic! Patel especially. I had some problems with some translations and some buttons not working and the guy was there to help me all the way.

Customer support was great. Fixed my issue within 3days. so far for the customer account page, Flits is the best option to go for. The UI is intuitive and customizable. would recommend using it.

We currently have multiple Shopify store environments running to support our software development lifecycle (Lab, Dev, QA, etc.). We're using this app to beef up the customer account area - we have clients who order a lot with us and it was important that they be able to view all of their orders in one place. Customer service has been great helping me get things sorted, James in particular.
