Flits: Customer Account

a customer service which is absolutely supportive and attentive
Problem was solved in less than 24 hours.

This app did exactly what we needed, I was able to get it up and running within 10 minutes. We contacted support and asked them if they could even add an additional feature for us, and they did it within a week. As an owner of Shopify multi-million brand with over 20k customers registered I'm very happy about this app, first of all, I want to thanks the support team for their effort in helping me integrate my website with their amazing app They went beyond and above to make sure that the app has been set up properly, I wish I can see this great level of customer support with other apps Second, the app is pretty easy to use and set up, I can see how my customer is using it instead of using Shopify default customer account page. It makes it very easy for the customer to see the details of their orders and their past orders If your business is growing with thousands of customers, you can't just rely on Shopify default customer account page ( This is a must app ), especially if you have returning customers The price is also affordable and you pay as you grow I'm very excited to use the other function

View Store credit, This credit is applied in form of a coupon that is automatically inserted during checkout works very well, (I was hoping for credit in cart so customers could still use coupons) It is also simple rewards. After speaking with them I think in the future it will become a more robust rewards program which I was hoping for because I would love to replace my horribly expensive rewards program I am using now and have it all on the accounts.

The team over at Flits delivers! We needed more than Shopify's basic customer page. We needed an elegant dashboard with tabs for orders, addresses, rewards, and subscriptions. They were amazingly flexible when it came to incorporating information from 3rd party apps. And they even got UPS tracking info to show up on the orders tab. You all are the best!

Good service if there is something wrong, and seem to be invested in their product with updates and new features.
