Really impressed with this app and the support we have gotten so far! We recently moved our store from another platform (WP + WC) and wanted to move to Shopify to streamline and make things easier on us maintaining it. Flits is an awesome app. The Flits support team is very helpful and supportive. I would recommend it to the people who are looking to give there customers a ease of managing customer data like past orders, wishlist and saved addresses.

It takes support 7 years to reply, sadly 7 years is yet to complete.
Most ridiculous CS I have ever had to deal with. Wasted my money and time.
it took 2 sec to talk to the support. Great service! Best customer experience! I recommend them! Very good!
Had a little difficulty understanding some things due to app verbiage but got it sorted through their chat. "James" and his tech team were fast and efficient resolving my issue.
Edit: After I left the bad review here, they replied me immediately. =)
First Review: Their customer service is ridiculous. I messaged them a question, they replied through email by confirming what I was asking. I confirmed the question on TUESDAY morning and it is SATURDAY midnight already I still have yet got an answer. Almost 4 days passed!!! Even if they only get one person they should reply by now?!! I messaged them again in between and guess that did not help either.
