After trying all the apps for having a nice customer account page, I have finally found Flits. It is the non plus ultra for making what I was looking for. There is also the addon of social login feature for a little extra fee, so I have not to search for another app for it. I had also some questions and the customer support has helped me with patience and professionalism.

Flits has a great customer service team and has not hesitated to help us customize our app to meet our needs as a small business! The product is on the newer side, but that's good, because they're very keen to listen and enhance the app for everyone using it! Give it a shot, you won't regret it!

I downloaded this app to add an extra layer of customer service to my shop’s customer accounts. Setup went relatively well until I hit an error with viewing my test customer account information. I contacted support and they responded within minutes of my request! They fixed my solution in less than 10 minutes, and on top of that they helped make some aesthetic tweaks to the design to better match my store theme. These guys went above and beyond in helping me fix my problem, and I would definitely recommend this service to others!

The team from Flits has been super helpful and gone beyond the call of duty in my opinion. As a leading publisher of early education material our products spread from print to digital, it's in this digital realm where Flits really stepped up. To support our existing and new customers who may have purchased, or will purchase, downloadable digital assets - music, videos, and windows software, we needed Flits to integrate with a digital download solution, our first choice ended up being a dead-end but Flits did all they could to make it work before we decided to go in another direction. We finally chose the Shopify Digital Download app and flits worked in conjunction with our developers and the team at Shopify to make it so that when customers go to the My Order page - any of their purchases that have digital downloads are accessed directly from that line item. The customer doesn't have to sort through emails or bookmarks to try to find the original download link. It may sound simple - I assure you it's not - and I thank the Flits team for sticking with us to figure it out, not to mention all the other annoying little tweaks that we asked for. Good Job!
