Flits: Customer Account Page

I just installed this FLITS app last week. I have always been looking for a more professional looking customer account page where customers could have access to all of their information in one spot. The professional look of the account page on this app is great. I was able to add links to pages with customer support information that has been really helpful and customize the look and feel the way I wanted to help increase the look and feel of our brand. I had to reach out to customer service for a couple of things that I wanted setup a certain way and the customer service was prompt, responsive and very helpful. I wish they had integrations already built with a couple of other apps I already use but hopefully that will come on their roadmap sometime in the near future.
If you are looking for a better alternative to the basic Shopify account page, I would definitely recommend this app for you to try out.

Unbelievable app and customer service!

My account page was blah and uninventive and using Flits turned it into something I would love to use as a customer. It has features/options I didn't even consider an account page should have.

Interface
The interface is easy to use and super clear while still giving you a good deal of control.

Customer service
The customer service has been incredible. I know I'm probably super annoying cause I have a lot fo questions and they've been there every step of the way lol Amazing!!

Cost
There's no risk to try this app but if you like it, it's also very afforable when compared to other options.

Really good app that takes a fairly useless login page and turns it into something that gives customers all the information they could need. We recently updated the theme to Duo - Barghav and Ankit were both super helpful and the process was very smooth. Great app with great support. Well worth the small cost.

This is by far the best app for functionality, technical expertise and customer service. I tried several 'customer area' apps in the past and Flits not only does what it needs to, but it offers a condensed, sleek view of what my customers need. They even created a special menu based on customer metafields for my customers to download their CGI files! and fixed some header issues that my theme had with the app.

Normally I don't even bother writing reviews but Flits deserves it. They offer a very professional service that keeps you updated at every step and I could not be happier with the results.

Flits did a great job getting everything set up just right for our customer account page. We had lots of customization requests and they adjusted everything with fine detail. We think our customers are going to love the new feature.
