difficult UX
the concept is genius, but understanding how the pieces fit together and the selection of the data elements and loops that are needed for each is beyond a normal user. We're techy, but we have had 10 runs at it and finally gave up.
Please could there be a mechanism to get today's date.
Hi, thanks for using Flow. There are a few ways to get today's date depending on what you need. First, if you are using a "created" trigger, you can use the createdAt time on that resource. Second, Liquid has a "now" tag that will output the current time. If using a schedule, you can also use "scheduledAt".
Not great support. UI and all intricacies are way too complicated for average shopify user to use. I dont get why they dont have a chat like interface like Zapier where you can type out the exact flow you want in natural language and it builds it for you; if they had that, we would use Flow 10x more than we do.

Les traductions ne sont pas géniales et il faut faire beaucoup (trop?!) d'essais-erreur...
Mais quand le flux est bien construit, c'est vraiment un outil génial!
The flow does not allow multi legged flows with wait time of more than 90 days
Shopify itself puts out bad templates that do not work and their support is not able to help. They also do not keep the app developers up to date about what triggers to use so their templates are out of date. If you guys would own up to putting out bad templates and correct them I would consider changing my rating.
A bot keeps abandoning a large cart . Flow does not stop it or delete it
