This app made it so easy to build my email workflow for Heavenly Aroma! I created a full 4-part welcome series with discount codes, social media connections, and branded designs — all without needing to code. The drag-and-drop editor was simple, clean, and intuitive. I loved how easily I could match my brand colors and voice.

Flow is an easy-to-use app for automating different tasks. The app creates working automation when you know what logic to follow. Recently, I have used the app more after I noticed what it can do. Flow easily integrates different forms, orders, and emails. This is fine for an online store owner.

This app has great UI/UX, especially for small business owners who have no formal coding or development knowledge (ME haha). It covers all the basics and then some. Highly recommend!

Es muy fácil de configurar y te ayuda a establecer automatizaciones condicionales para muchas áreas de tu negocio. Una de ellas donde la tenemos activada es en fraud protección para evitar reembolsos, aprobando automáticamente sólo las transacciones de bajo riesgo.

Flow has gotten incredibly useful and flexible, to the point of handling a lot of the actions you would normally do in a middleware. The other day we implemented a first_published_date to have a source of truth on which products came first, and it was doable entirely in Flow. Excited to see what comes next.

super powerful, but I would be lost without using Shopify's awesome AI helper to set it up! I fully recommend leaning on it from the beginning.. I even take screen shots of my progress to check I'm getting it right

The perfect companion to automate those small but important tasks. It just works great every time, if there's an issue it'll let you know about it. Paired with sidekick you can view example output of your workflows before you run them and receive recommendations on improvements to variables.

Has helped us tremendously. The template selection is extensive which saves time when setting up flows!
