Shopify Flow

Flow has a very easy-to-use control interface and works well with Sidekick, allowing a few paths for a quick automated management tool.

One complaint is I would like to use Flows, as with all Shopify tools, across multiple storefronts and Shopify's multi-storefront and multi-user tools are extremely poor.

There is little to no thought for large business or enterprise level accounts in any of Shopify's tools.

Paired with sidekick (Shopify AI agent), building flows has become incredibly easy and enabled our non-technical team to build critical store process flows we used to require developer support to do.

Some annoying limitations in the ui (e.g. can't insert a new block in between two existing ones-- it branches off the parent block) but very functional overall and solved my problem

Flow ist eine extrem hilfreiche App, um Arbeitsabläufe in Shopify relativ einfach zu automatisieren. Besonders praktisch ist die Möglichkeit, individuelle Prozesse und Bedingungen flexibel abzubilden, ohne direkt eigene Apps entwickeln zu müssen. Gerade für Retouren-, Widerrufs- oder interne Organisationsprozesse spart Flow enorm Zeit und manuellen Aufwand.

at the beginning, I was having trouble working with flow, however, once I used Flow with Sidekick, I have really liked the automations that this tool provides

Sometimes the AI isn't as intuitive about how to work around a problem - for example, to backfill orders that wont be caught in the new flow it advised me to use an external app when it could have suggested to set up a second flow set up slightly differently.

Absolut tolles und essenzieles Tool wenn man Sonderfälle bei Bestellungen etc. hat. Bitte baut den Funktionsumfang noch weiter aus, es lassen sich sehr viele Probleme damit lösen :)

Med hjälp av assistenten i Shopify är det relativt enkelt att skapa Flows som man sedan kan redigera, men har man aldrig jobbat med scheman och liknande så är det inte helt givet.
Har haft några problem med aktivering och avaktivering av flow, men det verkar ha löst sig och dessutom valde utvecklaren av den app som flowet kulle styra att själv lägga in schemamöjligheter i sin app, så det löste hela problemet

Excellent tool. The workflows are like clockwork, easy to set up and coupled with the AI assistant, the tool is amazing. I utilize the both the schedule and manual flows for different reasons. The automation saves me a significant amount of time each week.

Tried to create a flow to catch fraudulent accounts being created by bots. Shopify should have a way to block these. Could not use flow to delete customer accounts with specific last names that have not added products to cart. Added to cart is not available. Can only check for order created.
