I am actually new to this app and already love the different options it gives to build my audience which would ultimately lead to optimizing my sales. Thank you to Vincent for helping me with my email pop up! He was very kind and helpful and even showed me how to do it on my own when needed.

Ryth is the BEST!!!! Helped me with all my issues and answered every question. 10 Star service!!! My pop up wasn't showing up and he fixed everything for me. Even looked over my emails to see if I did them right. I am really liking how this app sets up the emails and they actually "send" unlike the app I just uninstalled. It never sent one single email in 2 months. This app has everything, all in one place. It needs an upgrade for a FAQs on your chat box, hint to the developer, but that's just my opinion.

Flowio works just fine, but I would like to adress one thing in particular - the customer support! This lady Ciara pops out of nowhere with all these AMAZING tips on how I can make my page look better. She was helpful, kind and understanding. Give that lady a raise. Again, she was amazing.

Great app. Very easy to use and have already been collecting new subscribers to my email list. I had a few issues when I changed my template and I didn't configure Flowio properly but I spoke with Jenni via the online chat and she quickly solved my problem. She has also given me lots of tips to ensure that the app doesn't slow my page and that it's optimised for mobile. Excellent customer service!!! I´m very happy :)

This app is nice to use. It's straightforward and user-friendly to navigate. I've found it a lot less frustrating to use than some other apps I've tried. I really appreciate the live support from Vincent, he helped me with a wonderful pop-up idea!

After searching so many options, I finally found this app and it worked great for me. It really serves the purpose. Interface is user friendly. Besides this, their support system is also good. The team response quickly. Thank you so much Ciara for lightning fast respond every time I have issue with the apps.

Just started to use the app (free plan) but it's really complete for my needs at this time. No hided charge, which is a good point. Also, support is amazing. I had a small issue of configuration with shopify and Vincent took all the necessary time to help me find a solution (while he finished his workday). Really appreciated ! I recommend :-)

I have a small problem with sender email adress (nothing too big) that is in the fixing, thanks to Vincent, who is pulling all his knowledge to solve it and we are on a good way! He is doing everything that he can, to help us with it and I appreciate it so very much. I will be certainly using this app and hopefully Vincent will be there as our support :) Very happy with it!

Super easy to use. Much better than the Shopify automated emails, these actually work! Vincent was incredibly helpful. Can't wait to continue using Flowio. Highly recommend.
