David helps me a lot of setting up my shop to help me grow my sales , which would have take me hours to do. lol He always finds suitable one for my shop.
The pop app. is easy to use and you can easily change it for what you want .

They were very helpful when i had a problem with my email limit. I would recommend this app for a straightforward way to do email marketing!

This app is a lot better than the others I have used. I wish there was some more customization features for email templates. Also I understand there is a complete time zone difference, but whenever there is a problem (where it tells me to contact customer support) getting a hold of customer support is very hard. That is what is sort of driving me away from this app. update* app seems really glitchy lately , looking for another.

I dealt with Ryth tonight, and OMG what a help he was to me, this company is outstanding for Novices like myself, I created my first pop up and sent out my first email. Couldn't have done it without him. Patient and all that you need from excellent customer service. Give this one a try its really good. Based in Vietnam but these guys signed in and out my screen promptly only to help me and go me up and started, 5 *****

So far, so good. I like the minimal UI Flowio offers. It's not hard to navigate at all. Also, support is responsive and helpful - Ciara provided amazing assistance and solved the minor issue that I was running into.
