We were running into some issues with the Close button and after contacting customer service through the built in chat, the issue was resolved within minutes. Our customer service rep, David, went above and beyond, identifying the issue, resolved it and helped us test it as well.

This app is brilliant, very straight forward and easy to use. I love the pop up functionality & e-mail functionality. David was very helpful when I got stuck on a few things. He replied quickly and it was nice to actually talk to someone on the chat instead of be in a long que or have a robot chat

So far so good! Along with some help from Vincent in the chat, I was able to get things up and running quickly and smoothly. He was super helpful giving me great advice, designing a pop up template for me and also resizing some photos that were to big. Awesome customer support, and information, which is a must since I know nothing hahaha

David was extremely helpful with my questions and setting me up. He even designed a polished Black Friday email marketing campaign for me in minutes, which would have taken me hours to do. Lol And the screen share was hilarious. He could hear me, but I couldn't hear him, so I was talking to him through my laptop audio and he was replying via WhatsApp. It was awesome. :) I was also impressed with David’s expertise with setting up my domain email (info@…) for my marketing campaigns. There was no way I would be able to figure out what to do on my own. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Plus offering Free 20K/emails per month! I thought that the extra zero was a typo. Lol *jk* I'm glad that I chose Flowio and I recommend to give them a try.

I've just installed the app and so far seems to do what I want it to do which is great. Can I please let everyone know though that the customer service is fantastic! David was so helpful and within minutes had filmed a personalised video on Loom showing me how to set up exactly what it was I wanted to do. Five stars for customer service! Thanks David.
