The email templates are really nice and creative. The customer service, especially from David, was amazing. He helped create and amazing email (which saved me time) and he also sent a guided video to help me edit what I needed. Very patient and service driven. There was a 12 hour difference and I was still treated as if we were in the same time zone. Thanks again for the help. Highly recommended!

Der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Ich habe das Angebot des Chats in Anspruch genommen und Ethan hat mir gleich 2 Pop Ups in meinem Design vorbereitet und sie zu mir transferiert. Sie sehen wirklich toll aus und passen super zur Website. Als nächsten Schritt werde ich die Texte überarbeiten und den Chat wieder in Anspruch nehmen, wenn ich in Betrieb gehe. Diese Rezession folgt noch. Bis dahin - sehr empfehlenswert!

I just started using the app and so far it seems pretty user friendly. I was a bit intimidated at first but one of their reps started a chat with me and helped me make my first popup for my site. Ciara was very friendly and helpful and created a popup that matched my site's brand style. So far i'm very impressed. Would recommend.
