First of all, this app has a free plan. David went way out of his way to help me create the most perfect pop-up and welcome email! Being a perfectionist, I required lots of editing & David was right there to solve my problems. Thanks for you patience! He was available right away to chat & help me with everything. Very good customer service & a very good shopify app!

Flowio works just fine, but I would like to adress one thing in particular - the customer support! This lady Ciara pops out of nowhere with all these AMAZING tips on how I can make my page look better. She was helpful, kind and understanding. Give that lady a raise. Again, she was amazing.

I am using this app to collect emails for future campaigns. I had an issue with getting it set up. Not due to the app, due to me not knowing how to properly set it up. I contacted support and David actually fixed the issue for me. I would recommend this app to anyone. Thanks for your help David.

This might be the best email app in UX design, very easy to use, creative in templates, and logical in customer flow. Really recommend! Ethan is very patient on my way to domain authorization, and finally helped me a lot!
