Ryth is the BEST!!!! Helped me with all my issues and answered every question. 10 Star service!!! My pop up wasn't showing up and he fixed everything for me. Even looked over my emails to see if I did them right. I am really liking how this app sets up the emails and they actually "send" unlike the app I just uninstalled. It never sent one single email in 2 months. This app has everything, all in one place. It needs an upgrade for a FAQs on your chat box, hint to the developer, but that's just my opinion.

So far I am happy with the app and the support. David was very helpful getting some things set up. I love how the email capture pop up looks and the ease of setting up the emails. I highly recommend!

The customer service I received from David via the Flowio chatbar is some of the best I've ever had. He walked me through step by step how to get the Pop-Up running how I wanted it to, and solved problems easily using the latest tech hacks.

Just started to use the app (free plan) but it's really complete for my needs at this time. No hided charge, which is a good point. Also, support is amazing. I had a small issue of configuration with shopify and Vincent took all the necessary time to help me find a solution (while he finished his workday). Really appreciated ! I recommend :-)

this app is great. can build automation flows and send emails for free up to 20,000 emails which is great! they have email tamplets and the app it self is very nice and easy to understand. Plus the customer survice is always there and ready to help:)
