BEST APP FOR POP-UPS This app should be ranked #1 for providing the 'pop-up' functionality. i downloaded so many apps for 'pop-ups' on the shopify store and nothing did what i wanted, would charge an expensive fee, or was too complex to use; until i found Flowio. Don't waste your time searching, just download this one. This app has allowed me to have the discount pop-up window for when customers visit our website, followed by an email sent to the customer upon sign up. For something that was SO easy to set up, I'm extremely delightfully surprised by how clean and professional it looks on my website. They provide easy to use templates that make the perfect design and the app is extremely straightforward and simple to use. I sent a question to David on the support team, and received a response within minutes. David also went out of his way to test that the app worked seamlessly on my website and gave me extra tips & support to make sure it achieved exactly what i wanted. Best customer support service, ever :D

Had been looking for an app to help me on collecting subscriptions and email marketing. This one is very user friendly and definitely helped me to start! They proactively reached out and solved my problems. What's more, they noticed that I'm sending out Xmas promotional emails and offered me a tailor made version! Highly recommended!

I have been crazy today. Installing so many different apps but this app is so neat and customer service is top-notch. I am technically weak so Dev helps me with setup. Thank you so much for your help. Hopefully, I will keep using this app long time.

David helped me sort my Pop up super quickly, he went out of his way to create a second page for me which I had forgot and get my Pop up organised very efficiently, 10/10 would recommend great customer service and quick app to use

they don't help to setup, they let me pay $19 or more , then they would help
"We have an Service Level Agreement that the flow or email optimization is only reserved for the paid plan of $19 or above :( I really hope for your understanding that we cannot do 100% and activate everything for users since the content, design are unique, Creating the flow is the best I can do right now"

We were running into some issues with the Close button and after contacting customer service through the built in chat, the issue was resolved within minutes. Our customer service rep, David, went above and beyond, identifying the issue, resolved it and helped us test it as well.
