This app is a lot better than the others I have used. I wish there was some more customization features for email templates. Also I understand there is a complete time zone difference, but whenever there is a problem (where it tells me to contact customer support) getting a hold of customer support is very hard. That is what is sort of driving me away from this app. update* app seems really glitchy lately , looking for another.

i prefer speck in italian because i'm in italian market. i'm so sorry, that's my problem but i'm a customers.
