I'm using this app on my Shopify store for discount codes and it is amazing I love it, but there is so much more to do it, I haven't explored it at all. the support team is fantastic, they let me message letting me know that I need to complete another step for my popup window and that is very appreciated. I strongly recommend this app.

Ryth is the BEST!!!! Helped me with all my issues and answered every question. 10 Star service!!! My pop up wasn't showing up and he fixed everything for me. Even looked over my emails to see if I did them right. I am really liking how this app sets up the emails and they actually "send" unlike the app I just uninstalled. It never sent one single email in 2 months. This app has everything, all in one place. It needs an upgrade for a FAQs on your chat box, hint to the developer, but that's just my opinion.
David has been wonderful at providing great customer service to help me setup a popup the way I needed it. Service is very good.
I'm very happy with this app so far, and support team is very helpful and friendly, especially Vincent. Good job ;)
