This is a nice app in shopify store,very useful in many area like popup，email，and sales.and their team is also very helpful and always give you fast reply.
Very helpful staff. David helped configure my email within minutes and the app works great. Only thing I would like to see is a feature to create gifs within the app but its great that you can easily upload them

I like the functionality the app has to offer. It's scaled to be a robust app aimed at boosting customer service through real-time interactions. I am yet to see the operational details of the rest of the app. But so far I am impressed by what I have experienced thus far.
