I've tried and tried SO MANY email marketing apps and was never fully satisfied - UNTIL NOW. The interface is easy, not too overwhelming. You actually have a lot of freedom to customize your emails which is horrible in most apps (I've tried Omnisend and Klaviyo among many others). AND this app comes with a live chat - which is amazing!! I couldn't figure out right away how to edit the welcome email in the workflow - customer service replied right away and gave me a Demo and I swear I've never felt so excited to start working with an app! Really, really great customer service that even offers customization (e.g. adding fonts - which was always a big issue in other apps because nobody seems to care about how important branding actually is). They also have some great features like a sticky welcome button when users close the email subscription pop up! The app is currently only free because its very new, so I recommend GO FOR IT - because this is the best app you can find on Shopify (believe me, I've tried so many) and we as merchants have the ability to help shape it! I'm one of those people who doesn't like paying for apps, but for this one I would! Thank you Vincent so much for your demo!! You guys will make so many shopify users happy! I'm definitely the happiest person right now!

Nice designs. Plenty of templates and settings. Support is very prompt to help. Would be good to see an estimate on how much sending sms to all contacts would cost rather first topping up wallet first. But overall I recommend it.

Bit of an issue sending the first email however support was about to resolve the issue promptly which was great. Far more customisations & flow then your average shopify apps which are great for marketing. Seeing how this goes but so far bravo

I started using this app after finding out that the ManySales developer team had migrated to only developing on this app. This is app is so much better in every aspect and I already loved ManySales for its free services and having the best customer service technical team. I almost seem to always get help at all hours of the day and night and their team helped me set up my email campaign with this app. This app is great for generating leads and high-quality campaigns for email, SMS, and popup ads for your site. I am truly amazed at how great of an app this is. I recommend any small business getting started on Shopify or if you are already a larger business you should use this app. I can't wait to try out its other features! Big props to David for helping me out so much tonight. And to the developer team, I'm really impressed with the new app. Great job everyone, very excited to use this!!
